2010/ 2011 RETREAT RATES and INFO

Weekend Packages:

1. $83.00   2 nights & 4 meals   (Saturday Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and Sunday 9 a.m. Brunch)
2. $70.00   1 night & 3 meals      (Meals depend on arrival & departure)
3. $62.00   1 night & 2 meals     (Meals depend on arrival and departure)

All package rates are per person.
Packages include lodging, meals, use and equipment for:  sled run,  disk “Frisbee” golf,  mini golf,  Gym and Acorn (Game Room) use Saturday from 1-to 5 p.m.,  outdoor basketball and volleyball courts,  and ball fields.

Please note: All persons in your group will be charged the price of the package you have selected. Children 3 and under are free.

Deposit:
We require $200.00 deposit per lodge.  The deposit is non refundable. The deposit will be deducted from the group’s final bill or it may be applied as deposit when scheduling a retreat for the following year before you leave.

Payment:
Ninety days prior to your retreat we require the guaranteed lodge minimum fee. The actual due date and fee figure will be on you contract. The fee is calculated by your package price times the minimum number required to rent the lodge(s) reserved. The balance of your retreat cost will be billed after your event. The full payment is due 10 days after your event.

Cancellation Policy:
Groups canceling after 90 days prior to their retreat will lose the retreat deposit and the 90 day minimum required fee. We do not allow groups to reschedule (postpone) after 90 days prior to the event.

Directions to Camp:
East Bound: from the PA Turnpike, Somerset exit. Follow Rt. 281 North, 10 miles to Rt. 30 atStoystown. Proceed East 5 miles on Rt. 30. The main entrance to the camp is on the south side (your right) of Rt. 30.West Bound: follow Rt. 30 to Reel’s Corner, the crossroads of Rt. 30 and 160, proceed west approximately 3 more miles to themain entrance of camp.
