The Counselor in Training program is one of the most powerful Christian leadership development programs offered to our youth today. This program not only prepares you to be a leader in the camping programs, but also to be a Christian leader in your church, school, and into your future. This program is a three part program and all three parts must be completed to be a C.I.T.

The first part is the April 26-28 Retreat Weekend that will involve an introduction to the program and basic instruction regarding the role and responsibilities of a C.I.T. The weekend cost is $130.00. Register for this weekend retreat with Event# CITW.

After successful completion of the C.I.T. Retreat Weekend, participants will be able to register for the week -long training held 6/9-15. This week will include more in-depth training on skills in leadership and counseling and experience working with an event as a C.I.T. The cost of this week-long event is $235.00, bringing the total cost to $365.

The final part of this program, upon successful completion of the week, involves actual participation as a C.I.T. in an event later in this summer and in summers to come.

A fun-filled week for mentally disadvantaged persons without emotional problems. Our program includes many exciting activities: Bible study, crafts, campfires, swimming, hiking, games, visiting the horses and a hayride. Campers must be self-sufficient, fairly mobile, and non-combative.

Splish, Splash! If you love to play in the water, this is the week of camp for you. Activities include: whitewater tubing, water olympics, and a trip to Lakemont Water Park! Bible study and worship happen every day, rain or shine! Soak up the SON!

Dance! Dance! Dance! And enjoy all the camp activities like swimming, climbing wall, crafts, bible studies, sining and more!! Daily dance practice to modern contemporary Christian songs with performances at our Thursday worship and on Saturday morning for parents and guests. Modern Christian songs combined with lyrical choreography.

Get your game on! Whether you are a practiced player or just starting out, this event will help you improve your skills. Instructors will cover many skills, from dribbling to running a set play. Match play allows you to put those skills to use. Most importantly, campers will enjoy the community that can be found among Christians with similar interests!
